Effects
 
Combined medicinal product with cholepoetic and cholagogue effects. It has a direct influence on the liver, stimulates the secretory function and increases the amount of bile produced. In addition, it protects the liver parenchyma, increases intestinal peristalsis, has spasmolytic and diuretic effects.
Indications Raphacholine C is used for digestive disorders (nausea, stomach pain, belching, flatulence, constipation) caused mainly by disorders of the contractility of the bile ducts. The preparation is used in consultation with the doctor as an aid in chronic inflammatory conditions of the bile ducts.
Contraindications The medicinal product must not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the medicinal product, severe liver diseases, obstruction of the bile ducts and digestive tract, acute and chronic inflammatory conditions of the stomach and intestines.
 
Dosage of
 
Apply the medicine orally.
Adults:
- for indigestion (once) up to 3 tablets, for other indigestion - 1 to 2 tablets 30 minutes after a meal, on average 3 times a day.
- For constipation 2 tablets in the morning and in the evening 0.5 hours before meals.
 
Children:
After consultation with the doctor in children over 10 years of age 1 tablet 3 times a day after a meal.
 
Adverse effects
 
Like any medicine, rapacholine C may cause undesirable effects.
Sporadic biting stools, biliousness and allergic reactions to the drug component may occur.
If other adverse effects not mentioned here occur, it is necessary to inform a doctor.
 
Drug interactions .
 
No significant interactions with other medicines have been described so far. In high doses with antihypertensive drugs and diuretics it may potentially cause hypokalaemia.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
The safety of the medicinal product has not been studied in pregnant women, therefore its use alone during this period is not recommended.
The safety of the medicinal product has also not been studied in breastfeeding women. Some components of the preparation penetrate into breast milk, therefore stand-alone use of the preparation during this time is not recommended.
